I ordered the Enchanted Meadow bouquet shown on the website as a gift for someone’s birthday. Unfortunately, the product I received was quite different and arrived over two weeks late—after the birthday had already passed.
While the crochet flowers themselves are cute and nicely made, the overall presentation does not justify the price. The bouquet is much smaller than what’s shown on the website. In the product photo, it’s held by a person which gives the impression of a larger size, but in reality, the bouquet is about half that size and not arranged as neatly. The wrapping was done too tightly, and the overall look felt underwhelming.
Additionally, the shipping was disappointing. The website clearly stated 5–7 business days, but it took over three weeks to arrive. When I contacted the company, they mentioned delays due to customs clearance. While that may happen, such potential delays should be factored into the estimated delivery time on the site so customers are aware.
Overall, the experience didn’t match the expectations based on the listing, especially given the price and occasion.
